How to sign a lease without printing it
- Choose the lease PDF your landlord sent.
- Click Sign and draw or type your signature, then click each signature line.
- Use Text to add your initials on each page, and Date next to your signature.
- Press Download PDF and email it back.
Can I add initials on every page?
Yes. Click Text, then click each initials box and type your initials.
Can I fill in my details too?
Yes. Click any blank line to type your name, address or move-in date.
Are my files private?
Yes. Your file opens and is edited inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to our servers.
