The service

FixThatPDF provides online tools for editing and converting PDF files. The tools run in your web browser, and your files are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for the files you open and the changes you make.

Accounts

You need an account to download files. Keep your login details private. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the service.

Pro subscription

Pro gives unlimited downloads on every tool. The monthly plan costs $4.99 per month; longer plans, when offered, cost the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every 3, 6 or 12 months for longer plans) and you are charged the same amount again, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account menu (Manage subscription). When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we'll look into it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." Always keep a copy of your original files. We are not liable for lost or damaged files or for any indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell subscribers before it affects their next bill.
